School Pledge and Victory March

History

These daily pledges establish a comprehensive moral framework for students by integrating spiritual devotion, personal integrity, and national identity into their morning routine. Through the Bible and Christian Flag pledges, students commit to living with scriptural guidance and purity while honoring the sacrifice of Jesus. Simultaneously, the pledge to the Indonesian flag fosters a sense of civic duty, teaching students to balance their religious faith with loyalty to their nation and respect for authority. Collectively, these recitations serve as a “moral compass” that reinforces a holistic commitment to God, character development, and responsible citizenship.

PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE BIBLE

I pledge allegiance to the Bible, God’s Holy Word,

I will make it a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path.

I will hide its words in my heart that I might not sin against God

PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE CHRISTIAN FLAG

I pledge allegiance to the Christian flag,

and to the Savior for Whose Kingdom it stands,

One Savior—crucified, risen, and coming again,

with life and liberty for all who believe.

PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE TO THE INDONESIAN FLAG

I pledge allegiance to the flag of the Republic of Indonesia and to the godly principles for which it stands.

I will love and honor my God and my country.

I will serve my president and cheerfully obey my parents, teachers, and the law.
